Ive been wanting to get a nice smooth shave down below on my genitals aka balls and ive been some what skeptic to use an actual razor and shaving cream on my balls for fear of cutting myself. you should just shave.......honestly.
I got cut once but it doesnt even hurt. It stings for about 20 seconds and then nothing.
Using hair removal cream on such a sensitive area is an extremely bad idea.
