Is there a hair removel cream for mens faces and heads?

I saw an advert in a magazine i had but accidently threw it out. It was an American mag and from what i remember this was the case. They were advertising a cream or gel for the face to pevent using razors.Is there a hair removel cream for mens faces and heads?
