Best form of Mens hair removal for Chest and Pubic zone?

I have fairly coarse hair on my chest that goes all the way down. Nair doesn't hardly work and Veet only MOSTLY works. I also know that you aren't supposed to use the chemical treatments ';below the belt';. I have tried shaving, but I tend to get razor burn even though I moisturize.

My question is whether there is a better way (possibly waxing but that seems too painful for my coarse hair) or if there are some good techniques anyone else has used to avoid red bumps/razor burn on my privates when using a razor?.Best form of Mens hair removal for Chest and Pubic zone?
shave your hair in the direction it grows, not the opposite direction and use a shave cream with aloe in it. soften the hair and the area to be shaved before shaving, so take a bath before attempting to go at it. acne treatments can be used to help keep razor burn to a minimum in the future. use a moisturizing body lotion. or use 1% hydrocortisone to keep down swelling and redness. make sure each time you shave you check your razor, make sure its a fresh blade. you could try trimming the area first to cut down on shave time.

waxing is a good idea but if you dont think you can handle the pain then i wouldnt recommend it. if you do go that route go to a pro first, if not every time. waxing will give you a longer time to go without having to have a touch up. and make sure they use a sensitive skin wax.

there are mens hair removal creams, Nair, Revital hair removal, derma nude all have creams for mens hair.
