Plz suggest me a good hair parlour for men in b'lore where I can go for a hair perm?

I have very bad unmanageable hair...so I want to perm them (i mean use clips and that lotion to make them curvy). I went to one parlour in b'lore but there that bastard made my hair curly not ever beautiful curls, like those hairs down there...oh . And in some parlours they charge thousands for perms. Plz tell me a cheap place where they understand hindi, english well and suggest what style wud suite a particular personPlz suggest me a good hair parlour for men in b'lore where I can go for a hair perm?
