Hair removal for men and women is the exact same; the only difference is in the packaging.
I was not impressed by Nair when I used it on my legs. It did sting a little, but more than that it smelled HORRIBLE and it didn't work. Chest hairs might not be as stubborn. I'd recommend waxing unless you have a whole lot of hair to get rid of since waxing can be a difficult skill to learn and you don't want to end up patchy.
