That's your personal opinion and you're entitled to it.
I have a full head of hair(if I want) but choose to shave it. I don't think it looks unmanly at all, and if it does there are few people that would have the guts to tell me so.

Well, if they wish they had it, then, they'd leave their hair out to grow or use a wig. Everyone has their own preferences, so I don't think it's fair to judge them for that.
