Hairspray is a spray that keeps your hair in place. Yes, they do have hairspray for men. It doesn't really have any side effects unless you're allergic to it and it is kinda bad for the environment. The cost really depends on what brand you get. They're usually not too expensive. Mine was 4 dollars.
