If you really want to remove it permanently without giving someone else your arm and leg to pay for it, go to Sally Beauty Supply or www.sallybeauty.com. You can get an at home electrolysis machine. This takes a couple of sessions per area and you can only do a small area at a time, but it will remove hair forever. Otherwise, you can cut the hair down to about a half inch and wax it. The only way to eliminate hair forever is to pull it out at the root. I don't know of any way that can be done. Try consulting a dermatologist as to the best way to remove hair permanently. Good luck.
