It is very hard to find hair wax that is not oil based but I know there is such a thing out there! I found Garnier Brilliantine Shine Water based wax on the internet but I'm not sure if it is available in the UK. My hair is medium-long and I hate having to straighten it or use hair spray, it is really wavy! What is the best water-based hair wax for medium length mens hair?
Hi,
Try odour-free naturalis range from the Body Shop. A little pricey but they should do the trick :)

Does anyone know a strong hair texturizing paste for mens hair?
im looking for a strong paste that wont be shiny or greasy and looks natural while it holds my styleDoes anyone know a strong hair texturizing paste for mens hair?
I use the BedHead texturizing paste. It works well for me and doesn't make your hair too greasy or shiny. It's a unisex product, but it smells a bit like a watermelon lolly - I think it's a good smell but I can see that some guys mightn't like something with a candy smell.Does anyone know a strong hair texturizing paste for mens hair?
You can try Dry Wax or XTG by Paul Mitchell.

What is the best treatment for mens hair loss??
There are plenty of emulations of Rogaine but i've never tried rogaine for myself. i wanted to know, what is the real deal, no side effects, and i would like answers from people that's either tried a product or know someone who has and it's workedWhat is the best treatment for mens hair loss??
a wig lolWhat is the best treatment for mens hair loss??
Hi Ncruze, one of the most effective ones is topical minoxidil 5% solution. Its approved by the FDA and its the one recommended by lots of dermatologists worldwide. Don't focus on solutions alone though because you need to do 2 things as well to complement whatever treatment you are undergoing, namely (1) intake of vital nutrients, and (2) proper hair care. You can get info on these + treatment of hair loss using minoxidil here =%26gt;

Have a nice day Ncruze.
I'm on the pill right now. Propecia seems to have slowed down, maybe stopped the thinning I saw before, but my doctor told me it won't reverse hair loss. I am going to start Rogaine sometime soon.
Propecia is not covered under insurance and it costs me around $60.
-- you need a prescription for it
sorry to tell you this, but theres nothing out there can grow hair, i dont care what they claim. if it runs in your family, then theres nothing you can do about it. just shave your head if your going bald, alot of girls like bald guys.
Try Biotin.
shave it all off

Is there any real way to gaining hair for bold mens?
can anyone experience the reall method and does it work or not, can we stop hair loose before getting bold? or notIs there any real way to gaining hair for bold mens?
It is like toothpaste.
Once out of tube, cannot be reverted back.
Other cosmetic implants/hair weaving are highly expensive, not meant for common man.Is there any real way to gaining hair for bold mens?
bold men lose hair as they use their heads too much a question of over use
bald men do not need use wig it can be changed according to taste
I don't think hair loss has anything to do with being bold. I know plenty of bald guys who have alot of courage.

Is there such thing as a number/grade 8 for mens hair cuts in the UK?
Usually I have a 6 on top blended to a 4 back and sides, but I want it a little longer this time. Something like a 6 on the back and sides and if it exists an 8 on top. Does such a number exist? Never needed it before!
If not, what would be the recommendation? 6 back and sides then slightly longer on top blended in?Is there such thing as a number/grade 8 for mens hair cuts in the UK?
Yes a grade 8 does exist, however, getting it clippered like that will only mean you will need to get a haircut quicker as it will be longer than what you are used to and start growing in your ears within about 2 weeks. As a stylist myself I would suggest getting a 4 back and sides and ask the stylist to point cut the top. This will remove bulk and add texture, so it wont look so helmet-like. And blend in the sides.
Use a little bit of wax to define it.
Put a little bit of wax (dax wax blue or fudge hair varnish are good) on the palms of ur hands and rub themtogetherr, then rub this over ur hair, a bit like u were drying it with a towel, minus the towel.
Hope this helps xxIs there such thing as a number/grade 8 for mens hair cuts in the UK?
I think a number 8 will be too long. you might want to try something shorter.

For mens hair: what is the difference between barber and a stylist?
What are the different things offered at each...
I know barbers are generally cheaper, and I've been going there all my life... is there anything stylists can offer that barbers dont?
Can I still get my hair razored at the barbers? For mens hair: what is the difference between barber and a stylist?
It depends on what kind of haircut that you want.
Barbers are great for short hair. They are fast, accurate, and relatively cheaper. A bonus is you can get a shave at the same time. A real treat that every man should enjoy. They do not specialize in longer styles, however, or the ';latest' styles. The tools used by barbers are usually electric clippers and scissors.
Stylists train to be able to give you the most flattering cut for the face shape and type of hair. They stay up to date on current styles and new techniques. If you want some hair color or perms, the stylist is the one for the job.For mens hair: what is the difference between barber and a stylist?
The difference between barbers and stylists is: where I'm from Barbers require more hours of school than stylists to receive a license. Their focus is on cutting techniques and typically they do not style the hair after cutting. They specialize in all kinds of cuts...especially razor cuts and line ups, fades, buzz cuts of all kinds and scissors too. Not any more or less talented than stylists. Hope that helps!
barbers don't style hair
if you just want a buzz cut.. go to a barbers
they are faster and cheaper
but if you want a longer cut without clippers
you want a stylist
